Job Description

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support a welcoming, guest-first culture. In this role, you will coach leaders on employee relations issues, conduct fair and timely investigations, and ensure policies are applied consistently. You will guide conflict resolution, manage corrective actions, and support performance and attendance programs. Partner with HR and leadership to improve engagement, retention, and compliance with tribal, state, and federal laws. You will help design training, support change initiatives, and promote an inclusive, respectful work environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues and policy application
  • Conduct impartial, timely workplace investigations and document findings
  • Support conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance management
  • Advise on attendance, conduct, and disciplinary matters in line with tribal values
  • Ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with HR and leaders to improve engagement, culture, and retention
  • Assist in developing and delivering employee and supervisor training
  • Analyze ER trends and recommend proactive solutions
  • Support change initiatives and communication to team members
  • Promote an inclusive, respectful, guest-first work environment
