Job Overview
Seeking Organizational Change Management (OCM) Readiness Leads to support a large-scale ERP and business process transformation initiative. Each OCM Readiness Lead will be assigned to a group of departments and stakeholders and will be responsible for preparing them for new technology, processes, and system capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, facilitation, and ERP implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Work with department stakeholders to define, facilitate, track, and manage readiness activities.
· Partner with the Change Management team to ensure stakeholders are prepared to adopt new technology and business processes.
· Assess organizational readiness and provide recommendations regarding capability deployments.
· Prepare departments and impacted users for system implementation and process changes.
· Identify and support updates to system configurations, integrations, and reporting.
· Drive process standardization and adoption across assigned departments.
· Engage key impacted users in process and system setup, testing, training, communications, and conversion validation.
· Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and presentations.
· Develop clear and concise user documentation, project documentation, procedures, and communications materials.
· Provide task assignment, coaching, and oversight to support readiness activities.
· Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project and organizational information.
Required Qualifications
· Experience with the Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from an organizational change management perspective.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience creating user documentation, project documentation, procedures, and communications content.
· Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills.
· Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Experience with task assignment, coaching, and oversight.
· Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
· Experience developing and delivering communications to impacted stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
· Organizational Change Management (OCM) education or experience supporting ERP implementations.
