The Role

• Ensure a smooth and efficient service flow at the bar and in the One Lounge.
• Assist with the organization of bar operations, including developing service standards and workflows in collaboration with departmental management.
• Advise guests and actively sell the Lounge's offerings to achieve revenue targets.
• Support inventory management for bar supplies, including ordering beverages and conducting monthly stocktakes.
• Gain cross-departmental experience by working collaboratively within multicultural teams.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in hotel or gastronomy, or a strong interest in a career change with relevant transferable skills.
• An open, communicative, and engaging interpersonal style.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and excellent hosting skills.
• Flexibility, creativity, and a high standard of quality, even during busy periods.
• Strong teamwork abilities and a willingness to support across departments.
