The Role

• Provide comprehensive support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage and maintain IT system infrastructure across servers, storage, networks, and mobile devices.
• Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, focusing on problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Optimize system operations, analyze capacity, and engage in system planning for enhanced reliability and performance.
• Configure, manage, and enhance Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain system integrity and network components.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent of 4 years of additional experience.
• A minimum of 20 years of experience in systems administration or IT operations.
• Proven in-depth experience with Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
