Thisroleisfocusedspecificallyonplanning,coordinatinganddeliveringcollectiveconsultationactivity,ensuringallmilestones,governancearrangements,resources,risksanddependenciesareeffectivelymanaged.Youwillworkcloselywithseniorleaders,HRspecialists,TradeUnionsandprofessionaladviserstoensurearobustandwell-managedconsultationprocess.

ReportingtotheStrategicDeliveryManager,withoversightfromtheDirectorofPeopleandCulture,youwillplayapivotalroleinsupportingthesuccessfuldeliveryofahigh-profileorganisationalchangeprogramme.

KeyResponsibilitiesSpecialistProjectManager

LeadtheplanninganddeliveryofthecollectiveconsultationworkstreamwithinthewiderFitfortheFutureportfolio.

Developandmanagedetaileddeliveryplans,timelines,milestonesandconsultationschedules.

Coordinatealllogisticalarrangements,resourcesandsupportingactivitiesrequiredforconsultationdelivery.

Maintaineffectivegovernancearrangements,includingactionlogs,decisionlogs,riskregistersandissuetracking.

Producehigh-qualityreports,briefingsandgovernancepapersforseniorstakeholdersandprogrammeboards.

WorkcloselywiththeHeadofHRBusinessPartners&EmployeeRelationstoensureconsultationactivitiesalignwithemploymentlegislationandorganisationalrequirements.

Buildproductiverelationshipswithseniorleaders,TradeUnions,advisersandprojectteamstosupportsuccessfuldelivery.

Identifyandmanagerisks,issuesanddependencies,escalatingconcernsappropriatelyandsupportingtimelyresolution.

Ensureallconsultationactivityisdeliveredwithpace,structure,consistencyandattentiontodetail.

Qualifications

PRINCE2Practitioner,MSP,APM,AgileProjectManagementqualificationorequivalentexperienceisdesirable.

Relevantdegreeorprofessionalqualificationdesirable.
