The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within various commercial sectors.
• Conduct property inspections (interior and exterior) to identify pest-related issues.
• Develop and present tailored pest management solutions to meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with commercial customers.
• Utilize company-provided technology, including an iPad and sales software, for agreements and organization.
• Embrace a service-oriented approach, focusing on customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company-sponsored).
• Willingness to work independently in the field and potentially in challenging environments (crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely use ladders.
• A commitment to professionalism, safety, and integrity in all interactions.
