Project Manager

Project Manager in Fremont, CA.

I am looking for a strong Business Analyst who can also act as a Project Manager and serve as the primary go-to person working with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.

This person should be comfortable working directly with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other GTM stakeholders—understanding business processes, translating requirements into actionable plans, coordinating across business/IT/vendor teams, and driving projects through completion.

Ideally, I am looking for someone with experience across multiple GTM platforms, including:

• CRM: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce
• Sales Incentives/Commissions: SAP Incentive Management (ICM/SPM), Xactly, or similar platforms
• Data & Analytics: Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze datasets, identify trends/issues, and translate findings into business insights
• AI: Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to improve GTM processes, productivity, analytics, and automation

I am not necessarily looking for a deep technical expert in every platform. The priority is someone who understands GTM business processes, is strong with data, can work independently across multiple teams, and can take ownership of initiatives from requirements through execution.
