Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Are you a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity covering commercial facilities across South London?

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, maintaining a range of commercial properties exclusively across South London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer with a building services background who is looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role, with a company van, fuel covered and overtime opportunities available.

The Role

Working across a portfolio of commercial facilities throughout South London, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical systems. You will play an important role in ensuring all sites remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical PPMs across various commercial facilities

• Responding to reactive maintenance issues and electrical breakdowns

• Fault-finding and completing repairs efficiently

• Ensuring electrical systems are maintained to a high standard

• Completing maintenance documentation and reporting any issues

• Working across multiple commercial sites exclusively within South London

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations

About You

• Fully qualified Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience within building services or commercial facilities maintenance preferred

• Strong knowledge of electrical PPM and reactive maintenance

• Confident fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently across multiple sites

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Full UK driving licence
