We are seeking highly motivated Operating Room Nurses (OTA/OP-Pfleger w/m/d) to join a leading surgical team in Duisburg. This is an opportunity to contribute to a state-of-the-art operating department known for its excellence in patient care and innovative surgical practices.

The Role

• Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in specialties including general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, trauma, spinal, and vascular surgery.
• Actively assist surgeons during operations, which includes instrumenting, circulating, and performing other essential tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and efficient operating room processes.
• Implement and uphold quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of patient care and procedural outcomes.
• Support the hospital's commitment to providing advanced and patient-centered surgical services.

What You'll Need

• Qualified OTA (Operating Room Assistant) or Registered Nurse, with a strong preference for those holding an OP specialization or possessing relevant surgical unit experience.
• A structured, organized, and proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and forward-thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and respectful team environment.
• A commitment to actively contributing to the achievement of team objectives and maintaining high standards of care.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
• Proof of measles immunization.
