The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their locations.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and routine checks.
• Represent the company with pride, providing advice and first-class service to customers.
• Work autonomously, thinking on your feet to make the right decisions for each unique situation.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to different challenges and service needs daily.
