Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HVACR Lead Technician to join a growing and highly respected service organization serving the Northwest Arkansas region. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting skills, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience working with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

The successful candidate will perform service, maintenance, and repair work on supermarket, restaurant, and commercial HVACR systems while mentoring junior technicians and supporting operational excellence across the service department. This position offers the opportunity to take on a leadership role within a growing organization that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and long-term career development.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving complex system issues, performing equipment startups and commissioning, completing system repairs and maintenance, mentoring field technicians, maintaining accurate service documentation, ensuring workplace safety standards, and building strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.

  • Minimum 5 years of field service technician experience in HVACR required
  • 10+ years of HVACR experience preferred
  • Experience servicing supermarket, commercial, and restaurant refrigeration systems preferred
  • EPA Certification required (Minimum Type II)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and support other technicians
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • No DUI, DWI, or excessive traffic violations
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule, including nights and weekends
  • High standards of professionalism, accountability, and workmanship
