Salesforce QA

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA/testing, with relevant Salesforce testing experience.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Strong experience in writing test scenarios and test cases.
• Experience with defect management and tracking tools such as Jira.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce data model and relationships.
• Experience testing Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security and access controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API testing.
• Knowledge of Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration testing.
• Knowledge of SOQL for data validation.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release processes.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
