The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate assigned nursing schedules to staff.
• Identify and advise supervisors on potential staffing and scheduling issues.
• Ensure compliance of employee and student files with regulatory standards.
• Schedule and facilitate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Perform various clerical and administrative duties with precision.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a healthcare/hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
