PROJECT DETAILS

What is the scope of work that is being completed?

• Support and enhancement of Global EHS applications including Sphera EA/CA, ECOS, SAP Environmental Compliance, and associated integrations.

What part of the project is this resource supporting?

• Production support, data quality investigations, reporting support, integrations, and application enhancements.

Day to day responsibilities

• Support Sphera EA/CA applications
• Investigate data quality issues
• Troubleshoot integrations and APIs
• Perform SQL analysis and root cause investigations
• Support environmental reporting requirements
• Work tickets through Jira and ServiceNow
• Partner with business users, vendors, and technical teams

Are there deliverables and milestones the team is working towards? If so, what?

• Ongoing production support, reporting, application enhancements, and platform lifecycle activities.
