Inside Sales Representative - Overnight

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutions and close projects in-home.
$4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.

Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses.
~ On target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually.
~ 4 weeks paid training at $1,000/week, plus earn full commission — not a draw.
