Assistant Key Account Manager (E-commerce)


Position Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Key Account Manager - E-commerce to manage and drive the online business across E-commerce marketplaces and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, catalogue management, advertising, and sales performance analysis, with a strong understanding of platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and drive the company's online business across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy,etc.
  • Handle day-to-day marketplace operations including product listings, promotions, deals, discounts, and operational issue resolution.
  • Ensure catalogue hygiene by maintaining accurate product information, pricing, images, and inventory updates across platforms.
  • Manage and coordinate return handling processes efficiently to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and optimize Flipkart fulfilment operations and marketplace performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices related to Flipkart advertising and marketplace growth strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data and trends, and implement action plans to improve business performance and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers for smooth business operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, market trends, account health, and operational update.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Hands-on experience in managing Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto & Swiggy.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, and online sales processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Candidates with prior experience working directly with Flipkart or Quick Commerce businesses will be preferred.
