Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UKG ATE Support Analyst to support a healthcare client's UKG Pro WFM go-live and Advanced Scheduling rollout in New York. This is a short-term, hands-on opportunity focused on go-live support, issue resolution, and end-user assistance.
Position Details
  • Location: New York
  • Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
  • Contract Duration: August 28 - September 15, 2026
  • Duration: Approximately 3-4 weeks
  • Travel Expenses: Paid by the client
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on UKG Pro WFM go-live and ATE support during the Advanced Scheduling rollout.
  • Support users with scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce management issues during implementation and stabilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during go-live and post-go-live activities.
  • Support Advanced Scheduling configuration and end-user adoption.
  • Assist with Time & Attendance support and troubleshooting.
  • Provide onsite support for clock-in/clock-out hardware deployments across multiple healthcare locations.
  • Collaborate with project, IT, HR, Payroll, and operational teams to identify and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience providing UKG Pro WFM go-live support.
  • Strong experience with UKG Advanced Scheduling.
  • Healthcare implementation experience preferred.
  • Experience with Time & Attendance is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting large-scale clock hardware deployments and troubleshooting clock-in/clock-out issues.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in New York for the duration of the engagement.
