The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build product displays and end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between retailers, shoppers, and suppliers to optimize product placement.
• Contribute to shaping positive shopping experiences within retail environments.

What You'll Need

• Be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Be 21 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Possess reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and effectively within a team structure.
