The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and support.
• Perform classic elder care duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.

• Provide professional and personal guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist (w/m/d).
• Alternatively, another completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
