Curbside Express and Home Delivery Team Leader

Lead the Curbside Express and Home Delivery team, overseeing order fulfillment and delivery operations while supporting customer service, team development, safety, inventory accuracy and department performance. Assist with shopping and fulfilling orders, preparing pickups, and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, direct and evaluate team members.
• Schedule and assign work while supporting team development and performance.
• Oversee accurate, timely curbside order fulfillment and home delivery.
• Assist with shopping, preparing pickup orders and contacting customers about order issues.
• Manage department sales, profits, labor controls, inventory and shrink.
• Maintain safety, compliance and effective communication across the team.
