Job Description
- Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining standards and consistently enforcing company policies.
- Planning and overseeing daily operations, assigning work, rotating tasks, and monitoring progress to meet production goals.
- Driving accountability by setting clear expectations for schedule, quality, and safety, and tracking results.
- Supporting staffing needs by participating in interviews and recommending candidates for open positions.
- Communicating regularly with your team about business goals, performance, and company updates, while fostering open dialogue.
- Coaching and mentoring employees, providing challenging assignments and regular development discussions to encourage career growth.
- Managing employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, respectful workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of related supervisory experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:30AM)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
