About Thea Energy:
Thea Energy is leveraging recent breakthroughs in stellarator physics and engineering to create a faster and simpler approach to commercializing fusion energy. The company is reinventing the stellarator using computer-controlled arrays of planar coils thereby replacing the intricate, complex modular magnets required in all other stellarator architectures. Thea Energy is on a mission to create a limitless source of zero emission energy for a sustainable future.
Position Overview:
As the FP&A Manager, you will be a foundational partner to our executive and engineering leadership, serving as the financial architect behind our most complex capital projects. Given the asset-heavy nature of building advanced fusion systems, this role will heavily focus on high-CapEx financial strategy, major hardware/facility capital allocation, and setting up and managing scalable FP&A processes and procedures.
You will own the long-term corporate model, manage project-level capital expenditures, design robust forecasting workflows, and establish the financial infrastructure necessary as we scale from R&D to commercial-scale deployment.
