Responsibilities

• Identify and define Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and development teams to design AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities.
• Create and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide initiatives from concept through delivery, implementation, and adoption.
• Support both new AI product initiatives and enhancements to existing AI solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 7-8+ years as a Product Owner.
• Candidates with a combination of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, and/or Data Analyst experience will be considered, provided they have significant Product Owner experience leading strategy, requirements, roadmaps, and Agile delivery.
• Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases, products, or initiatives.
• Experience identifying business opportunities for AI adoption and translating them into product requirements.
• Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, data teams, and developers.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Ability to understand technical architectures and work effectively in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other Agile/Product certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
• Experience working with Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI delivery teams.
