Data Strategy Lead / Principal Data Strategist / Enterprise Data Architect

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data strategy, or digital transformation roles
• Proven track record leading a major data or digital transformation end-to-end
• Strond data engineering fundamentals deep understanding of how data is structured, organized, modeled, and managed
• Experience designing data operating models and enterprise data strategies
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake
• AI and machine learning knowledge ability to identify use cases, guide implementation, and embed ML capabilities into business processes
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to drive execution across global, cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills comfortable influencing without authority at all levels of the organization
