The Role

• Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Drive efficient operational processes, guarantee product availability, and maximize store revenue.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, including training junior staff.
• Oversee all sales floor and backroom tasks in collaboration with the team.
• Manage inventory, including checking incoming goods, merchandising, and monitoring product freshness and expiry dates.

What You'll Need

• Proven ability and drive to lead a branch to success.
• A completed apprenticeship in retail, with relevant professional experience being a plus.
• A friendly demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with customers.
• Strong leadership, communication, flexibility, and team spirit.
• A proactive and diligent approach to hands-on tasks.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
