Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale operational and business datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python.
• Support business decision-making through statistical analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Monitor operational performance and identify root causes of underperformance.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitor analytics to support business growth initiatives.
• Design and execute A/B testing and experimental analysis to evaluate business hypotheses.
• Automate reporting and analytics processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, finance, sales, and customer support teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to support business objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Data Science, or related discipline
• Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Management, or equivalent preferred
