Regulatory Compliance SME ITSM/CMDB

Duration: 4 5 months with a possibility of extension upto 9 months

Job Summary: We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the assessment and implementation of an ITSM/CMDB solution. The resource will work closely with the Assessment and Implementation team to ensure the selected tool and its implementation comply with client regulatory requirements. The role will provide expert guidance on regulatory interpretation, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the SME for client regulatory requirements.
Translate client regulations into business and technical requirements.
Ensure the ITSM/CMDB solution aligns with client compliance standards.
Identify compliance gaps and recommend remediation.
Support audit, risk, and compliance activities throughout implementation.

Required Qualifications: Strong experience with cybersecurity regulations and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Background in IT Audit, Risk, and Compliance.
Experience with ITSM/CMDB implementations.
Excellent stakeholder communication and regulatory interpretation skills.
