We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechatronics Technician and Mechanic to join a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement company in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a dual role, combining technical expertise with operational leadership within a dynamic service center environment.

The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Branch Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations and adhering to company standards.
• Manage daily operational planning and ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service from booking to vehicle return.
• Handle invoicing, customer fund management, and order processing.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a craft trade, preferably with experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork builder.
• Willingness to complete the necessary qualification or already hold Branch Manager (HWK) certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and good command of German.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic PC skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
