Third Party Risk Analyst - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Third Party Risk Analyst for an onsite contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in McLean, VA. This is a long-term contract opportunity. This role focuses on Third Party Risk Management, requiring the analysis of governance requirements and enterprise data to identify risks and propose solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with enterprise partners, support risk assessment processes, and contribute to reducing third-party risk for the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, tenacity, and experience with data aggregation and reporting tools.

Responsibilities: Analyzing governance requirements independently to propose solutions and identify impacts, risks, and issues Establishing and maintaining strong functional relationships with enterprise partners and stakeholders Analyzing enterprise data to independently extract relevant information and summarize results Aggregating enterprise data for periodic reporting, ad-hoc reports, and metric reporting Supporting the validation of quarterly dashboard materials Monitoring changes in third-party risk domains and associated residual risk Reviewing enterprise third-party performance assessments Supporting enterprise watchlist processes and data aggregation Advocating for improving existing processes leveraging intellectual curiosity and tenacity Requirements: Must have 2-4 years of third-party risk management experience Hands-on experience with enterprise risk, risk assessments, stakeholder management, multitasking, organization, and critical thinking Strong understanding of Third Party Risk Management principles At least 5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas such as xlookups/If, Pivot tables, Graphs), Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Adobe Experience creating PowerPoint presentations Experience with OneTrust or a similar platform Strong sense of urgency, tenacity, and proactiveness Advanced Excel skills and a demonstrated eagerness to learn Desired skills: Ability to demonstrate taking initiative Ability to prioritize projects and multitask effectively Capable of identifying and resolving problems independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with Data Analysis and AI adoption Data aggregation and interpretation to develop salient storylines Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a team environment Business writing for a leadership audience that is concise and persuasive Pay range: up to $50.00 per hour If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
