Home Health Sales Account Executive

PruittHealth is seeking a Home Health Sales Account Executive to grow our patient census in the Charleston market. In this field-based role, you will build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners to generate qualified home health referrals. You will conduct sales calls, deliver presentations, analyze market trends, and execute territory plans to meet and exceed growth targets. Collaborating closely with clinical and intake teams, you will ensure seamless service coordination while representing PruittHealth’s mission of compassionate, high-quality patient care.
