Detailed Job Description:

Roledescription -BusinessAnalyst responsible for evaluating downstream impacts of UNITE transformationinitiatives to the Complaints business in Customer Production and Support.Defines business requirements, supports Agile delivery teams, and drivesbusiness readiness through impact assessments, process design, SOP updates,training, communications, UAT, BPIV, and change management activities.

• Key responsibilities
  
• Conduct impact assessments ofupstream UNITE Transformation Stream Projects (TSPs) to identifydownstream impacts to Customer Production and Support.
  
• Should have API integrationexperience in Banking domain to assist in assessments
  
• Partner with business andtechnology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document businessrequirements for delivery teams.
  
• Translate business needs intodelivery-ready artefacts, including user stories, business requirements,acceptance criteria, and backlog items for Agile Release Trains.
  
• Facilitate workshops andstakeholder engagement sessions to understand business processes,requirements, risks, and operational impacts.
  
• Develop current-state andfuture-state process maps to support solution design and businessreadiness activities.
  
• Support business readinessand change management activities, ensuring impacts are understood andeffectively managed across affected teams.
  
• Support businessdocumentation uplift, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),work instructions, and process documentation.
  
• Review training materialsand support training delivery to ensure successful adoption of newprocesses and systems.
  
• Prepare and coordinatebusiness communications to support change implementation and stakeholderawareness.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and executeUser Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, test cases,defect management, and business sign-off activities.
  
• Support Business ProcessIntegrated Validation (BPIV) and end-to-end testing activities tovalidate business outcomes and operational readiness.Analyse risks,dependencies, and operational impacts, and provide recommendations tosupport delivery and implementation decisions.
  
• Collaborate with ProductOwners, Architects, Delivery Teams, and Change Managers to ensurebusiness requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly understood.
  
• Contribute to continuousimprovement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhancecustomer, employee, and operational outcomes.
