The Role

• Verifying driver identification and vehicle details upon truck entry.
• Determining container gross weights according to SOLAS regulations for international shipping.
• Processing truck entry and exit records, ensuring accurate SAP integration.
• Managing and completing incoming orders within SAP.
• Ensuring all necessary documentation for truck movements is maintained.
• Coordinating truck arrivals and departures, including scheduling.
• Contributing to the continuous optimization of processes and resource allocation.
• Operating weighing scales for accurate weight determination and control.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Logistics Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid understanding of business administration principles.
• Proficient skills in using SAP software.
• Experience with Dakosy is advantageous.
• Knowledge of customs and dangerous goods regulations.
• Very good English language skills.
• Russian and/or Polish language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and resilience.
