• Define project tasks and resource requirements

• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team

• Provide expertise to resolve critical issues
• Provide project quality assurance
• Develop quality assurance metrics to measure outputs
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Ensure all projects changes meet the developed quality assurance metrics before it is released to the user community
• Provide project quality assurance
• Provide management reporting and information dissemination
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Publish project meeting agendas and minutes from discussions

• Maintain clear and timely communication between Senior Management, stakeholders and the project team.
