The Role

• Process rental contracts and manage vehicle rentals at airport locations.
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend products and services to enhance their travel experience.
• Utilize a consultative approach to upsell, building trust and customer loyalty.
• Provide professional, friendly service within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Promote company products and services to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
