Job Description
The GPT Group seeks a proactive Tenancy Delivery Manager to drive tenancy delivery across Cockburn Gateway Shopping City and Belmont Forum. You will work with Leasing, Retail Design, and Centre Management to ensure seamless transitions, timely fit-outs and refurbishments, and strong ROI.
With tertiary qualifications and experience in property project management, you will coordinate multiple projects, manage contractors, and lead meetings while upholding safety, codes, and documentation standards.
