Technical Program Manager
Location: Hawthorne, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 5 months (with possible Extension)
Pay rate Range: $ 50-55/hr on W2 (DOE)
 

• Lead field quality investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action programs (CAPA).
• Manage cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Operations teams.
• Develop technical documentation, user stories, and program documentation.
• Track risks, escalations, SLAs, and program milestones.
• Drive process improvements and support pre/post-launch product quality initiatives.

• 2–3 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Hardware or consumer electronics experience.
• Technical writing and documentation experience.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

• Quality Engineering or Product Quality background.
• Coding or automation experience.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
