The Role

• Engage customers with your expertise in meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen products.
• Create appealing presentations and new culinary creations of the finest quality.
• Provide competent advice and excellent service to customers.
• Independently prepare specialty items according to in-house recipes.
• Implement ideas for sales-promoting measures.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or the gastronomy sector.
• Interest in processing and refining fresh meat and produce.
• Passion for interacting with people and a love for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a shift system.
