RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Labeling Systems Analyst in New York, NY.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Labeling Systems Analyst to support the maintenance and tracking of product labeling data across a global pharmaceutical environment. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure labeling information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Labeling Systems Analyst will support labeling data maintenance, tracking, and quality review processes
* Coordinate labeling updates and lifecycle management activities
* Analyze complex data and provide reporting and business insights
* As a Labeling Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance
* Identify and resolve process, system, and data quality issues
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to labeling operations
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 8+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environment
* Experience in Labeling, Regulatory Affairs, or related functions
* Strong business analytics and data management experience
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
* Experience with labeling, document management, or regulatory tracking systems preferred
* Knowledge of global regulatory processes and compliance standards is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
