Teamleitung Neurologische Frührehabilitation | Zapfendorf, Germany | Hybrid

We are seeking a dedicated leader to guide a specialized neurological early rehabilitation unit, focusing on helping patients recover from strokes and severe head injuries. This is an opportunity to work within a leading healthcare provider known for its comprehensive rehabilitation services across neurology, psychosomatics, and orthopedics.

The Role

  • Lead and mentor the multidisciplinary team on the neurological early rehabilitation ward.
  • Manage staff scheduling, vacation plans, and optimize operational workflows.
  • Drive staff development through targeted training and skill enhancement initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments and lead interdisciplinary projects.
  • Actively participate in direct patient care, providing hands-on support to the team.

What You'll Need

  • Licensed as a registered nurse (e.g., Healthcare and Nursing Assistant) with several years of experience in neurological early rehabilitation.
