Role:Principal Software Engineer  

Locations:Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Duration: Full Time

Job Summary

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Technology initiatives across Lead-to-Cash (LTC) transformation and BAU roadmap.
  • Design, develop, and support solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MCAE (Pardot), and Data Cloud.
  • Drive MCAE-to-Marketing Cloud Advanced migration, including automations, journeys, campaigns, and form handlers.
  • Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Data Cloud, AEM, Qualtrics, 6sense, Openprise, and enterprise applications.
  • Implement customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and analytics in Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Design and deploy Agentforce agents, prompt templates, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
  • Lead Salesforce org migration, platform modernization, and CRM consolidation initiatives.
  • Ensure GDPR-compliant consent and privacy architecture using Salesforce Privacy Center and consent models.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration, deployment, synchronization, and data quality issues across environments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Privacy, and Architecture teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, Git, and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce deployments.
  • Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Possess 10+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years in Salesforce and Marketing Technology platforms.
  • Hold Salesforce certifications including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, with Agentforce and AI certifications preferred.
