The Role

• Co-therapeutically lead patient discussions to support and deepen the therapeutic process.
• Plan, structure, and lead co-therapeutic groups to foster participant exchange and development.
• Support patients during meals and exposure exercises, aiding in stabilization and self-efficacy.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments.
• Provide holistic and empathetic individual support to patients throughout their treatment.
• Work within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an educator (m/f/d).
• Prior experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care is desirable.
• Strong communication and team player skills, with a passion for the work.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• Eagerness to learn and a commitment to professional development.
