The Role

• Take on leadership responsibilities within our psychosomatic youth ward, with a path to full clinical leadership.
• Oversee clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for adolescents.
• Represent the chief physician in a leading senior physician capacity, actively contributing to ward development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training to foster their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary interventions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or currently in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with advanced therapeutic training.
• A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, nurses, and therapists.
• Experience or willingness to take on leadership roles with comprehensive onboarding provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
