The Role

• Take on the independent leadership of our psychosomatic youth station, with the potential to assume full senior physician responsibility long-term.
• Progressively assume responsibility for clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents, with structured guidance.
• Represent the chief physician in a senior medical role and actively contribute to the station's development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced therapy training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• A commitment to providing excellent patient care in a specialized psychosomatic setting.
• Experience or a readiness to take on leadership responsibilities.
