  • Managing projects through the planning and design stages.

  • Supporting the development of long-term asset strategies and investment plans.

  • Collaborating with operational, engineering, and programme delivery teams to maximise asset value and performance.

  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement within asset planning methodologies.

  • Ensuring assets comply with regulatory requirements and continue to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Knowledge of water industry assets, equipment, and operational processes.

  • Experience managing stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.

  • Knowledge of asset management principles and investment planning.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data management systems.

  • A full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • APM, PRINCE2, or another relevant professional qualification.

  • Electrical, Mechanical, or MEICA-related experience.

  • Understanding of water treatment processes and regulatory frameworks.

Working Arrangements

This role is primarily based at our Hatfield Head Office, with regular travel to operational sites and regional offices. We offer hybrid working, with an expectation of at least three days per week spent in the office or on-site, alongside flexibility to support business and stakeholder needs.
