*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced AI Software Developer to develop advanced software applications and custom solutions for AI, automation, and digital infrastructure solutions among others. This role is AI Software-first: the ideal candidate rolls up their sleeves to work with data engineers and platform engineers to build them, from POC and MVP through production-grade deployment. This person must have sound software development principles

The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on software development expertise combined with AI development - generative and agentic. This position is critical to ensuring that solutions are technically sound, maintainable.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Own end-to-end development for Software/AI-driven, cloud-native, and digital transformation solutions for telecommunications clients and large to enterprise digital network infrastructure clients.
- Develop applications spanning AI/ML and agentic systems, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, traditional n-tier software, UI and integration layers, translating customer requirements and business outcomes,
- Partner closely with sales and solution engineering teams to assess client needs, evaluate technical and operational feasibility, and define solution architecture and delivery scope prior to contract execution.
- Evaluate and select appropriate foundational models, agentic frameworks, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns for each engagement, balancing performance, cost, and maintainability.
- Participate in business review sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, providing technical insight on architecture trends, solution innovation, and scalability.

*Qualifications:*
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise software development
- 3 years direct work with AI solutions at scale- not just POC/MVP.
- Demonstrated success delivering AI/ML-driven, cloud-native, software at enterprise scale (custom and SaaS), with the technical depth to make and defend architecture decisions.
- Strong command of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, API-first) and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform), with the ability to design for scale, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Successful development and delivery of at least 2 production software/platform AI solutions, including the use of different foundational models (GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.), agentic workflows, multiple agent types (tool-use, ReAct, research, etc.), and cloud infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of telecom product or service delivery and the software development and deployment lifecycles specific to that environment is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to support pre-sales and solution shaping during opportunity assessments and scoping phases, including technical feasibility and architecture-level estimation is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate architecture and technical tradeoffs in business terms to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Technical certifications in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform), AI/ML, or relevant engineering leadership credentials are advantageous.

*Education:*
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus but not required.
