The Role

• Lead the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions that directly shape customer missions.
• Drive customer engagement to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support system accreditation efforts following the Risk Management Framework.
• Plan and implement cross-domain data flows, including data schema definition and validation of handling policies.
• Provide user training and drive adoption of new systems.

What You'll Need

• Experience developing requirements, including capability, system-level, hardware, software, and interface requirements.
• Experience with technical written deliverables for system delivery and deployment.
• Proficiency with online collaboration and work-tracking tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and its application to system accreditation.
• Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, and risk tracking.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
