Job Description

Duration: 3 months to start

Job Description

  • Responsible for researching materials and methods, developing training programs, updating or modifying existing courses, establishing a curriculum, overseeing employee instruction and various administrative duties, such as scheduling classes and organizing enrollment.
  • This role will regularly facilitate training in various modalities (virtual, in-person, etc.) offered through the Organizational Development and Learning department (OD&L) as well other programs offered through the company - including New Employee Orientation (Culture Day), New Leader Orientation (JumpStart), Leadership Development curriculums (LEAD program), Consumer Experience, technical trainings and other educational programs.
  • This position reports to the Director of OD&L.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience, coordinating and delivering employee development programs for all levels of employees
  • Excellent presentation skills to clearly convey complex blends of business and technical matters to a range of audiences, to articulate points clearly and concisely
  • Open to commuting between sites as needed (with mileage reimbursement)
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone OnDemand or other)
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within an organization.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment a plus
