Senior Business Development Manager Global Capability Centers (GCCs)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth within the Global Capability Centers (GCCs) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven enterprise sales experience, and a successful track record of acquiring and growing strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition within the Global Capability Centers (GCCs) market.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Develop strategic account plans and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with delivery, solution, and leadership teams to create winning proposals.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Stay informed about GCC market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or IT Services Sales.
- Demonstrated experience working with or selling into Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem in India.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close enterprise deals.
- Willingness to travel as required.
