The Role

Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area or designated locations.
Develop strategies and tactics to drive all sales activities within the region and specified metropolitan areas and branches.
Recruit, select, orient, train, and coach sales employees.
Contribute regional sales information to strategic plans and reviews.
Achieve regional sales operational objectives by implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

What You'll Need

BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience (high school diploma/GED required).
Proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
Proven track record in achieving high sales quotas.
PC proficiency with working knowledge of various spreadsheet and presentation programs.
