The Role

• Immerse yourself in all hotel operations, becoming a flexible all-rounder
• Serve as a primary contact for national and international guests
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and client-requested functions
• Support tourism marketing and destination management initiatives
• Develop travel concepts and assist in forging new national and international hotel partnerships

What You'll Need

• (Technical) college entrance qualification (Abitur), a qualified vocational qualification, or a state-certified technician/business administrator
• German language proficiency at B2 level
• An analytical mindset with strong communication skills
• A keen interest in foreign cultures, with potential prior international experience
• Flexibility, teamwork, diligence, openness, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in German, English, and ideally another foreign language
